Proposed concrete resolutions:
- Write down this prayer and keep it on your nightstand, mirror, or in your journal “In the name of Jesus, I renounce the lie that I am abandoned and alone; and in the name of Jesus, I proclaim the truth that You are with me always.”
- Write down the promises of God that are most dear to you, and read these promises out loud in the morning as you renew your hope in Him.
